Projisphere is an independent consultancy specialised in international project management, who masters the whole project process: from project design (writing bids, partnership creation) through project management and coordination, to active participation, evaluation and project closure.
Projisphere is skilled in projects, programmes and funding streams where the working language is English.
Projisphere was created by Alison Garnier-Rivers in 2016 to answer a growing need of third-sector organisations, local authorities and companies for skilled resources in international project management. Having worked for 15 years in France developing, managing and participating in EU funded cooperation projects, notably for ADEC, Alison chose to make her extensive experience, rigorously coordinating and participating in complex cooperation projects, available to a wider number of organisations.
About Alison Garnier-Rivers
A native English speaker, she has 16 years’ experience in diverse European funded cooperation projects and programmes. She has acquired great know-how in multicultural team management and a large European network through coordinating 5 projects (FP5 and Interreg Upper Rhine and Interreg IVC) and participated in a further 10 projects (5PCRD-IST, E-TEN, eLearning Initiative, Interreg Upper Rhine, Interreg Alpine Space, Interreg North-West Europe and Interreg Europe, Tempus, Culture 2000).
